Shipping Policy

We ship our stickers and products worldwide to selected countries (see below). Shipping is uninsured and without tracking via Deutsche Post (Warenpost International or mail). Processing time: All orders are shipped within 1–3 business days (Mon–Sat, holidays excluded). High order volumes may cause delays.

Shipping Zones and Costs

- Germany: 1.95-2.95€ (depending on weight up to 500g), delivery time approx. 2–5 business days. 

- EU countries: 2.95–3.95€, delivery time approx. 5–10 business days.

- International (e.g., Japan, South Korea, Canada): €2.95–4.95, delivery time approx. 7–21 business days. Additional duties/fees in the recipient country are borne by the customer. 

- Free shipping for orders over 25€

Important Shipping Notes

Since our shipping is non-trackable, we cannot monitor the transport path. Delivery times depend on the postal service and may be extended by customs, holidays, or strikes. In case of loss or damage, contact us within 14 days of order date by email with photos of the packaging/contents – we review and provide replacement or refund at our discretion.

What to Do in Case of Issues

- Take photos of the damaged shipment/packaging.

- Send them along with your order number to lisaartventure@gmail.com.

- We process requests within 2 business days and ship replacements or refund the product value (excl. shipping) if applicable.
